'Ligging en uitzicht vanaf het terras zijn schitterend, maar het huis is nogal klein en donker. Luiken dichthouden is het enige wat je kan doen om de temperatuur binnen dragelijk te houden. Airco is er niet. Muggen en wespen maken het onaangenaam om buiten te verblijven, en bij afwezigheid van horren is het lastig om s' avonds wat frisse lucht binnen te krijgen zonder ook een zwerm muggen binnen te laten. Het meer is mooi, maar erg druk. Al met al een nogal duur huis voor wat je ervoor krijgt....

'The villa had all the amenities we could require. It provided a very comfortable and homely base to stay. However little things like a broom was broken and the coffee machine didn't work should not happen.'

'The house is fantastic! They have thought of everything-kitchen is well stocked, towels, linens, soaps, great coffee machine including coffee beans and the house was immaculately clean! The hot tub was great and views of the mountains spectacular! Wilma was a great hostess-bringing fresh bread everyday and always responding quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this chalet-my family had an incredible stay! '

Lemons in abundance, fresh tomatoes and figs and the delicious sweet zeppola. Evening pizza in the cooler hills. Patrizia and Pierluigi you have spoiled us. 'This was our second stay at Casa La Ulivella, and it was just as wonderful as we remember from our first time there nine years ago. The property is easily accessible by just a short flight of stairs (a real treat on the Amalfi coast) and is half a block from the perfect viewpoint for sunsets over Capri.
