'Great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the location made things convenient. A few minor details could be improved, but nothing that took away from the experience. I’d happily stay again.'

'Other than cleanliness, two things are very important when we travel -- a comfortable bed and a good shower. This property had both. We also liked the proximity of wonderful seafood restaurants within a 30 minute drive (favorite was Oyster Creek in Leed's Point). Smithville was a fun place to visit.'

'Great location, short distance from parkway, we golfed at multiple local courses less than 20 Min away, easy commute to Atlantic City. Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! '

'Excellent stay. Don't let the drive in the resort fool you. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The home was well equipped, and Joyce was very helpful and friendly. The lake with the flowing water under the bridge, was a great view during an early evening stroll. The gym was new and clean. It even had Alexa if you wanted some music, while working out. I really enjoyed my stay, and will come back again. '
