'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay! We came for a concert at Petco Park, and the private skybridge made getting to and from the venue so easy. The hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. You can’t beat the locatio everything was within walking distance. We’ll definitely be staying here again!'

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '

'Ocean view villa was deceiving when you primarily are looking at the pool, but there was a sliver if you look to the side. Room was nice but underwhelming. Location perfect for the long weekend, would stay again but probably wouldn’t opt to pay extra for ocean villa'

'They were able to check us in at the wee hours of the morning. Which was greatly appreciated. Though that meant we did not get the rooms we actually paid for (a view and all), but that was our choice. The only thing we did not appreciate was how loud the air-conditioning fan was. It was as if there were something lodged inside constantly banging against the vents. Pretty happy with the stay otherwise. Would recommend. Fine hospitality.'
