'Staff is always wonderful. Perfect location'

'Over prized hotel. 800 dollars for two nights is not cheap. You expect the basics to be in order. Because there's nothing really special about this hotel that would justify a high price. My bathroom sink and bath drain were clothed. Showering means standing enkel deep in water. Going by the lines on the bath this is a long time problem. Also there was water on the floor near the toilet. On top of that they forgot to clean my room. And to top it of the wifi is terrible. What didn't make it...

'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '

'We enjoyed our stay! Coronado has a small town feel, it’s walkable, the beach is spacious, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars in town. It’s just a short ride to other attractions in San Diego. Cherokee Lodge is comfortable and affordable. They have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys available to borrow. 'Fine location. Blaring music in the lobby was less fine and not a fun environment to sit in the morning. Good restaurants and lots of choices. Clise to convention center. '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'
