'It was amazing, the garden rooms are a hidden gem! The design of the room and bathroom were beautiful huge room. The hot tub was a great added touch! I was very thankful for the soya / oat milk in the fridge for us too. The little path to the joiners arms could have been lite a little better from the road to the static caravans but the pub was great also, food was delicious and breakfast was fantastic, great options. The one downside was that there was no parking but that was the same for all hotels in that area

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and very obliging.
We ate in the restaurant both evenings and couldn’t fault our meals at all.

'The property is in a great location, perfect for the bus and the coop. Short walking distance to the centre of Seahouses.
It was clean and felt like it had been decorated recently. Towels were nice and fluffy. Coffee/tea stuff was refilled daily.
Only thing missing was hand wash in the bathroom.'

'Unfortunately, the check-in at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Firstly, they do not accept American Express, which was inconvenient and not clearly stated in advance. The receptionist then struggled to process my alternative card, insisting it didn’t work. I politely asked her to try again and of course, the card worked perfectly the third time, confirming it was a user error on her part.
What made the situation worse was her lack of apology or acknowledgment of the mistake....
