Tucked away near beautiful Cherokee Lake in Bean Station, our spacious 4-bedroom retreat offers the best of East Tennessee—a peaceful place to relax, boat and fish, while keeping Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains within easy day-trip distance.

Perfect for families, multiple families and groups, the home offers plenty of room to spread out, gather together and make memories. Whether you're planning days on the lake, exploring the mountains or simply enjoying time together, you'll have plenty to do both at the house and nearby.

The home sleeps guests across four bedrooms:

• King bedroom
• Queen bedroom
• Full bedroom with twin trundle
• Custom bunk room with four full-size beds

One of our favorite features is the custom-built bunk room. Each of the four full-size bunks has its own light, electrical outlets including USB charging, a personal shelf and a privacy curtain, giving kids, teens and adults their own comfortable little space to settle in at the end of the day.

Two full bathrooms—one with a tub/shower combination and one with a walk-in shower—help make getting ready easier when traveling with a group.

TVs are provided in each of the traditional bedrooms, while the bunk room is intentionally set up as a cozy sleeping and hangout space without a TV.

Fresh linens and towels are provided, so you can settle in and start enjoying your getaway.

This isn't simply a vacation property—it is a home our family has loved and enjoyed, and we've chosen to share it with our guests. During your stay, you'll have the home to enjoy as your own, while still finding some of the personal touches that make it special to us.

Throughout the house, you'll see glimpses of our family's story, including photos and memories from our own time spent on Cherokee Lake. We hope those touches make the house feel warm and welcoming rather than like just another rental.

Our family has made wonderful memories here, and we love the idea of other families and friends coming here to make memories of their own.

RELAX, PLAY & SPEND TIME TOGETHER

Start the morning with coffee on the screened-in porch and wind down in the evening beside the indoor electric fireplace. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout your visit, or put the screens away and enjoy a little friendly competition with board games, card games and cornhole.

Outside, there's plenty of room to relax and spend time together. Gather around the fire pit with seating, enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area, or take advantage of the open space for a game of cornhole.

There's also plenty of parking, including room for vehicles and boat trailers, making the property especially convenient for groups planning to spend time on Cherokee Lake.

Central heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable throughout the seasons, and an on-site laundry area with washer and dryer makes longer stays and lake days a little easier.

COOK INSIDE OR OUT

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before heading to the lake to a family dinner at the end of the day.

The kitchen includes a stove and oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes and other everyday kitchen essentials. And yes—the blender is ready for those cold vacation drinks after a day in the Tennessee sunshine.

Prefer cooking outside? Guests also have a grill, smoker and outdoor griddle, giving you plenty of options for feeding the whole crew. Cook outside, gather around the outdoor dining area for dinner, and finish the evening around the fire pit.

CHEROKEE LAKE IS JUST MINUTES AWAY

Our home is located near Cherokee Lake in a private neighborhood, with seasonal glimpses of Cherokee Lake from the property. While the property does not have direct lake access, public lake access is available nearby.

Huff's German Creek Marina is approximately 1 mile away, offering convenient access to Cherokee Lake, boat launching and pontoon rentals.

Cherokee Lake is a favorite East Tennessee destination for boating, fishing and spending long summer days on the water. Anglers can try their luck for bass, crappie, walleye and striper, while families can simply enjoy a day cruising and exploring the lake.

Bring your boat, spend the day on the water, and come back to the comfort and space of home.
