'We, family of 6 w 4 adult children and our small dogs spent a week here while at a family reunion. Nice at the house it had everything you’d need in the kitchen n baths including float to relax in the lake. And what a view. The challenge is getting here. The last 5 miles or so takes about 20 mins of hairpin turns up and down the tn hills. Use your gps overall we had a blast'

'Check in was a breeze. The fact that you can have a boat delivered to the property floored me. It was hassle free. Our mini vacation before school starting back was amazing, and I attribute it to the location of the house, the amenities provided with the house, and the fact that we could enjoy the lake. The hot tub was so enjoyable. We had two wonderful days on the lake and would definitely stay at 106 Summer Breeze again. '

'Perfectly located with plenty of room for our group of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. Driveway provided ample room for our boat trailer and vehicles. Highly recommended and would stay here again!'

'This was a pleasant stay. The house was clean and the property was in a nice quiet location. Grocery stores within 20 minutes, and the house was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and plenty of towels. Reasonable distance to the Knoxville Zoo, which we visited. There wasn't a ton of action on the water by the dock, which was nice. We stayed with our family. Six adults, and five kids, 6 years and under. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. 'This property was PERFECT! We have stayed at many properties across the lake and this was our favorite. No Steps! Quiet cove! Clean!! Local pizza delivery and a grocery within 10 minutes! Perfect property! '
