Charmante Townhouse In Historic Downtown Beaufort

Mooi herenhuis een paar blokken van Bay Street, in de buurt van Historic St. Helena's kerk en andere historische bezienswaardigheden. Veilige, rustige deel van het centrum plaatst u een steenworp afstand van prachtige vooroorlogse herenhuizen, Waterfront Park, Spaans Mos fiets / wandelpad, Civil War Cemetery, Downtown Marina, prachtige winkels, galeries en restaurants. Korte rit naar: Parris Island (10 min.), Marine Corps Air Station (10 min.), Hunting Island State Park & ​​Vuurtoren (30 min.), Hilton Head Island (45 min.)

Deze twee verdiepingen, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers 6 personen comfortabel. (Extra slapen is toegankelijk met behulp van de bank en slaapzakken.) Slaapkamer heeft een queen bed en directe toegang tot boven bad plus tweede TV aangesloten op DirecTV. Tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden. Derde slaapkamer beneden heeft queen bed, dressoir, gas open haard en een badkamer en suite. (Twee paren huren van dit huis zullen hun eigen luxe slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamers,)

Grote open woon-en eetkamer ruimte. Het is heeft een flatscreen-Smart TV, DVD-speler en voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen. Volledig uitgeruste keuken en grill buiten zijn klaar om te genieten van uw eigen huis gekookte maaltijden. Eettafel stoelen 6-8.

Aangelegde achtertuin en het dek bieden een eigen ruimte om te ontspannen. Parkeerplaats met speciale ruimte voor de unit is prive, off-straat en goed verlichte. Extra parkeerplaatsen kunnen worden geopend in gast parkeerplaatsen voorzien voor Victorian Place bewoners en onmiddellijke parkeren op straat een half blok van de unit.
Draadloos internet en DirecTV voorzien.
Extra faciliteiten - gratis shuttle service zal worden verstrekt van het centrum van de jachthaven als u reist via de intercoastal waterweg en willen een paar dagen verblijf in onze historische stad.

Great location, close to everything. Property is older and desperately needs some renovations. It was not properly cleaned up on arrival however, the owner called immediately upon voicing our concerns. She offered to remedy the situation the next day and provided us a small credit for our inconvenience.

Everything was good location was great. The sinks upstairs are very slow draining and we had some trouble with the TV but we figured that out right away. The downstairs bedroom has a fireplace with a brick that we kept running into the room is quite small, but it worked pretty well for our family.

Beautiful Area

It was a nice place to stay. The house was clean, but some of the pots and frying pans(there wasn't a lg one) desperately need to replaced. The beds were comfortable. However the listing needs to be updated to let potential renter know that the downstairs bed is especially high as to have to use a step to get in. I was worried about my elderly father using. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful area, close to the historical district. Less than a 2 minute drive. Definitely would stay again.

Great location - a 2-block walk to Bay Street!

Very nice townhouse apartment. The location was great, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Elinor, the owner, was very quick to respond to our questions. Kitchen was small, and lacked things like a 9x13 baking dish, and a good sauté pan, but we made do with what we had. We also enjoyed a few meals at local restaurants.

Home was not ready when we arrived later than anticipated, not early. Slept on towels we found in a closet. No response when messaging owner. Housekeeping came in next day and said it's like this all the time. Owner does not realize when home is booked and then let's her know a day late. Was told to park in a certain spot but someone was parked there the second day. No response again from owner when letting her know. Great location though and quiet.

Arrived very late on Friday night & had let the host know this. Walked in to dirty towels in bathrooms, dirty sheets on the beds, home had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Was able to communicate with host and a cleaning person came over promptly (11 p.m.) to make beds and put in clean towels. Cleaning person returned the next day to clean the place, she was wonderful. However bathroom rugs were not washed. The home has old furniture, bathrooms need updating, kitchen sink has 'water knock'. And like many others state; if we are to enter thru the back door THERE NEEDS TO BE IDENTIFICATION AT THE DOORS. We had no idea which townhome was the one we were renting from the backside of the 8 that were all connected. This doesn't matter if it is day time or night time arrival. The parking spots need to be better identified, larger numbers and reflecting would be good. The town and surrounding area are adorable and friendly. We did the Lady's Island Garden Club 'Tree Walk' it was a lot of fun walking around and hunting for the identification tags on the trees. The tag numbers need to be updated and match the online directions. But it got us walking around the historic district and seeing all the different homes. Little Hunting Island Boneyard Beach is worth the trip. The beach with all the huge dead trees was like a Salvador Dali painting. The tide was out and there were stranded jelly fish laying in the sand. Very cool! Wonderful walk historic downtown.

Aging Townhouse

We have stayed here before so know the residence and the area. We feel that the house has been neglected and is showing as its overall feeling was one of shabbiness. Lightbulbs in ceiling fixtures were burned out, a picture had fallen off the wall (though that could have happened after cleaning) and one bedside lamp no longer worked. We hope some TLC will be in the future as this is a great location and we have all enjoyed our stays-human and dog!

The house had an Oder. Towels and bed covers substandard. Booked four nights, stayed only two. She charged us $160 for a dog staining her carpet. We don’t own a dog and did not bring a dog. I don’t allow a dog in my house. She accused us of not being truthful. We own a VRBO rental for 9 years.in Myrtle Beach. At 80 years old, I don’t need to lie over $160 dollars. So sad for her.
