We zijn huisdiervriendelijk .... hoe geweldig dat huisdieren aan de leiband het hele jaar door zijn toegestaan op Fripp-stranden. We bieden ook gratis wifi en breedbandinternet, tv's en dvd's in alle 3 slaapkamers, evenals een woonkamer. Uitzicht vanaf twee portieken van het huis-met comfortabel meubilair om te genieten van het bekijken van zowel de oceaan of moeras. Gasgrill is beschikbaar voor heerlijk buiten koken. Het Misty Breeze-huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een supervakantie, breng alleen uw kleding en eten mee. Al het andere is binnen handbereik!

The Misty Breeze House ligt op de perfecte locatie, een zeer korte wandeling naar de Cabana Club met 3 zwembaden, een bar, een café en een kapsalon met spa. Gezinnen geven de voorkeur aan deze locatie vanwege de vele activiteiten op loopafstand. Camp Fripp, dat speciale kunst / ambachten en buitenactiviteiten voor de kinderen en Skull Inlet Pier biedt, perfect om te vissen of uw krab te vangen voor het diner! Ocean Creek Golf Club ligt op 5 minuten en Ocean Point ligt op slechts 10 minuten. Het uitzicht op de natuur is spectaculair. Herten bezoeken het huis elke ochtend en zijn overal op het eiland te vinden, vermengd met de bezoekers. Stranden liggen op slechts een korte afstand, laad de golfkar met stoelen en u bent op weg naar het strand.

The Misty Breeze was wonderful.. easy walking to pool!Enjoyed fished in back yard! We are planning to return next year…The views are amazing….Also appreciate each bedroom having a bathroom..The property manager was amazing.. We loved our stay!

What a lovely property in a great location on Fripp! Close to the family pools is ideal if you have kids. Quiet and gorgeous views from porches. Extremely clean and well appointed home. Easy and clear communication from owner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and are looking forward to another trip down to the island at the Misty Breeze!

Loved the Misty Breeze

Highly recommend! We loved the location and the views - really enjoyed sitting on the decks. Very close to Cabana Club and pools. We also spent a lot of time sitting and playing games in the sandy back yard.Property was immaculate and walls were freshly painted. The home was very well stocked with more cooking utensils and supplies than the rental properties and timeshares we've traveled to in the past. Great communication and quick response time from host Donna.Only drawback is that we were traveling with 8 adults and two dogs so we had 2 people sleeping on couch in living room which was not ideal. Otherwise, truly enjoyed the property and will return!

Nice place and good communication

Enjoyed our stay. The view was very nice unfortunately the bushes next door blocked the view. Not very considerate of the neighbors. We enjoyed the upstairs view but furniture on that deck needs an upgrade. Everything else was great.

Phenomenal location and view. We would absolutely stay here again if the dates were available next year. I think the downstairs area and steps could use a more thorough cleaning (carpet on steps, under chairs and tables), but otherwise a great stay for us! Donna was very helpful for us too.

Everything was good. We were there for a golf tournament so hardly at the house. The front door knob fell off, I called owner and she sent someone within minutes to repair it. Nice repair man came in and was pleasant to deal with. I would suggest bringing lots of Bug spray. The area is Buggy this time of year.

Perfect Location!

We very much LOVED our stay at Misty Breeze! We are a first time Fripp family and this was the perfect location. The house sits on a little inlet, but you’re still close enough to the beach so you can hear the waves. But we got to see more wildlife! The house is 6 down from the main pools which is nice when you have younger kids. Donna went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Our family ranged from 17 months to 60s plus our dog and it was perfect for all! I will definitely be staying here again.

Great View

We have stayed on Fripp Island 8 times over the years, and this location had the best view by far- The view from the top porch where you can see the Atlantic and the Marsh can not be beat. Property was in very good condition and great communication with Donna. We will stay here again.

Out of all of our years visiting Fripp, staying at the Misty Breeze was one of our favorites! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had breathtaking views from both porches. The house was clean and provided plenty of things needed with dish pods, soap, trash bags, etc. Would highly recommend for any family.

Misty Breeze

Donna was excellent with communication leading up to our trip. She answered every question that we had (and that was a lot). Her house, the Misty Breeze, was absolutely beautiful and in a great location! We had a small delay with the check-in process and was not given information until after check-in time. My husband and I arrived in Beaufort around 3:00 but had to walk around and kill quite a bit of time because we didn't have information needed to get on the island or the house. This wouldn't have been such a big deal to us if it wasn't our first time and we were more familiar with Fripp. We were not able to get the golf cart that night because the shop was already closed by the time we arrived. However, accidents happen, and that small hiccup did not ruin the trip for us! We LOVED the Misty Breeze and plan to return. Thank you, Donna for sharing your home on the water!

Great property

House was in a great location away from the busiest part of the island. Our favorite activity was sitting on the screened porch watching the fish jump and the cranes hunt- we even got to see an eagle and a dolphin! Only drawback was ocean view was a bit limited by the neighbor's bushes. We would definitely stay again!
