'Our family enjoyed everything about this house.The Sunset Views from the back porch looking over the Marsh couldn’t have been any better.The house had a lot of space for our family to spread out.We enjoyed staying on the Golf Course for the first time but definitely advise to always be paying attention when someone is teeing off.Would definitely stay in this house again.'

'We stayed for a week and wished it was longer. The moment you walk up the stairs, see that view of the ocean, and open the doors to the deck, you can’t help but go “ahhhhhh”. The walks on the beach, the deer grazing in the “back yard”, and the sound of the ocean together with a house that just feels warm and welcoming make for a fabulous stay.'

'This is our 3rd year at the pink palace. We love the location. We love the proximity to the beach and the beauty of waking up with the waves and sunrise with a cup of coffee. Great place to hang with our adult kids. After three years, we thought we would have an update on appliances and things like icemaker. The place is outdated for the price that they are charging.'

'This was our first stay at this home, but we are looking forward to future visits! It is well stocked with all the comforts of home, and the spaces and furnishings were fresh, bright, and welcoming. We loved the location, tucked away from the bustle of Tarpon. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and graciously accommodating. We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend and after 20 years of visiting Fripp, this home has made the list of places that we would love to visit again.'

'This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely love it. Everything is immaculate and the location is quiet, beautiful, and except for swimming offers everything we could ask for in a beach rental. Beach access is only a 5 minute cart ride away and the solitude makes this the best rental on the island in my view. We have been renting for 45 years now so that is saying something. We did have a water heater issue ( minor) and a few deck boards had pulled loose and the host replied...

'My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. Parking is tight and meant for smaller vehicles but there are additional spaces nearby. The mini-fridge had plenty of room to store...
