'Condo refrigerator froze food, couch stained and old, sliding balcony door blinds were broke and you couldn’t open them, microwave was rusted. Bedroom and bathroom in good condition.'

There was dirt, dust and mold throughout. When reported to the owner, her response was "yeah, we're going to fix that in the off-season."
