'Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. '

'Had a lovely stay! Excellent service all around! The hotel shuttle is quick and easy. They took us to dinner in sea pines and to the beach. Loved the service at the beach with nice chairs and umbrellas, bottles of water and waiter/waitress service. '

'The only complaint I have is the lack of respect that during the night a party was going on in the lobby and was terribly loud, rude, and inconsiderate! We called the lobby to notify them of the noise level. We should have been refunded some of my money because we hardly slept during that night and had to get up for a flight.
The water pressure is slow/light. Also there’s a smell from the trash or sewer outside. '

There are some design features of the room that seem flawed or not well thought out, like the direction the cabinet opens to access the mini refrigerator. The gym was very clean and well maintained. 'We loved the property so much that we added a day! I felt like I was on an island somewhere. The only two negatives were that it rained off and on, and the last night they forgot to turn down the music that is piped throughout the property, so my husband had trouble sleeping. I would highly recommend to anyone planning to book here!!'
