'I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.'

'The staff came across unfriendly and uninterested. The girl at check-in was not at all friendly. The bellboys are also not friendly and come across rude if you are not using them. They answer questions rudely. The rooms and amenities are average. We had the power go out for a few hours during our stay (no AC) and no comp was offered by the hotel. The walk to the beach with all your gear can get sporty. There’s a security guard roaming around (not even sure he’s a real cop) that pulled me...
