'Stay was OK. On a positive note the staff was friendly and room was clean, but the furniture and decor is worn and outdated, the room was arranged awkwardly making it hard to walk around the bed. The AC didn't cool well and was noisy.'

'Entire stay was 5 stars except for checkout at the end. Orville at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful which is a shame because all of the other staff were exceptional and I loved everything about the resort. The aesthetic, the amenities, the beach access and the pools were wonderful. The food was top tier and I was very impressed with all of the restaurants.
