'Condo was just ok. The price should be a bit less. The building is outdated and in need of a good exterior cleaning. Interior was clean looking but once I took a second look I noticed the room or closet the air handler is in is very dirty I moved the bed to put on the sheet and notice a lot of old dirt and hair you can tell it isn’t a place that is clean on a weekly basis. Not being able to use the pool after 10 pm was dissatisfying. Beach access should be reworked so you don’t have to walk...
