'The house really makes the most out of its space. Really comfortable and modern yet still cosy. Everything is new, clean and well thought out. Having the downstairs toilet outside is a bonus and also the outhouse with washing machine, drier and freezer - it just frees up so much space. The house instantly feels spacious even though it is quite a small footprint and the garden is beautiful and secure. My parents live in Braithwaite so I know it well and it really does have everything, including...

'We had a brilliant stay at Ritson Wharf. The hosts were great, informing us of places to eat and go to visit. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It was decorated really tastefully to high standard. We would recommend it and hopefully will visit again !😊'

'We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, quiet cottage with plenty of space and everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked but, you will need to bring any essentials salt and pepper, oil, etc. very nice pet welcome pack and packs of welcome with tea and cleaning items. There is a village shop nearby and several pub restaurants. There are a number of great walks on your doorstep from easy to more challenging without needing drive.. A beautiful area to explore so...

Modern with plenty of storage space for food etc.huge fridge freezer. Washer and dishwasher. Very comfortable bed. All in a private and quiet location with booths a stones throw away. All shielded by trees so very quiet. Nice view of river from sitting room window. The perfect spot for a stay in Keswick'

'Brilliant place to stay in Keswick. Has been kept up to standard over the years. (Note: lots of stairs; only one bathroom.)'

'This was our second visit to Millside Cottage, the location is ideal , it's dog friendly and you can park your car safely off the road. There are some fabulous walks straight from the door for all abilities from a pleasant stroll to a bagging a string of Wainwrights. The cottage could do with some new furniture as the sofas are worn and somewhat uncomfortable, the front of the house were you park the car had some loose pavers and could do with weeding to give the property the appeal it...

'Great accommodation in a lovely little village with fantastic views. Everything you could need to make this a home from home and only a 20 minute walk into Keswick.'

'This was our third visit to Spa Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lake District. Parking can be a bit tight, but for the majority of the time we were able to park directly outside the property.'

'The property was ideal, central to Keswick but was quiet and had parking alongside the property.it was well furnished and equipped. The only downside was the miserly equipment for washing dishes. No adequate dishcloth, washing up liquid or pot brushes.Forget these gimmicky presentation packs and provide what is really required. On the whole a very enjoyable stay and would use it again.'

'A great location for stays in the Lake District. Grisedale Pike fulfilled my expectations. The Keswick Cottages team were helpful and supportive, before and during my stay. I felt at home there and was sorry when my stay ended.'

'Very comfortable and thoughtful accommodation, a lot of care had been taken with design. Location is convenient for accessing lots of walks. The Chalet and Lingholm are very good for lunch.'
