'Et fin chateau udenfor Beziers. Lidt af et museum - så mange ting. Et helt særligt sted. Fint pool område. Fantastisk værtinde på stedet. Meget dedikeret og service minded. Morgenmad lidt kedelig. '

'I absolutely recommend this hotel. We stayed four nights and the hotel is stunning. The beds are comfy with nice bedding and decor. Good shower and fabulous breakfast with local produce. We couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold and closes 1st October which was a shame it wasn’t heated but I guess that’s normal. The gardens are lovely to sit in early evening before dinner. The food is superb and I would definitely recommend eating there . My only criticism was that the set menu of the day is...
