'Disappointing. This was the worst experience I have had at any Holiday Inn and far below the standards I expect from IHG.
Throughout my stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. On July 3, breakfast at 9:30 AM was poorly stocked, with almost no fruit, no yogurt, and little food remaining. Later that morning, the front desk associate was discourteous while assisting with a pool reservation and complained about the system in front of my wife and children.

'so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key.
