'terrific staff, nice room, great location. As with all hotels in the 'Old Town', you must walk from the city gate (with your bags) to the hotel, sometimes through narrow streets, up abundant stairs and on uneven roads, but this hotel was easy to get to and just one set of stairs to climb.'

'Beetje vergane glorie, badkamer is eigenlijk geen volwaardige badkamer op 2 m2 waar lavabo enkel maar grootte heeft van een in gastentoilet. Ligging is zeer goed waardoor wel veel lawaai van straat.'

'The Pucic Palace I see as a hotel de charme. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were there in April 2022, so a bit early in the season. As such their outside terrace (elevated one) was not yet open. Breakfast was good with some special touches. Only downside I can think of there is no lounge to sit and read. 'I loved the front patio area complete with garden and an olive tree. Wished that I had more free time to sit out there with a cup of coffee in the morning. Room was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very sweet and accommodating, although I initially had difficulty contacting her. That was due to problems with the Travelocity app, though, not her.
