It is a great hotel in terms condition and service. However, it is in a relative isolated location. Good for overnight stay before flying out or late arrival.

30 min from airport. Room was decent. A bit old but big enough and looked good when we walked in. Used this as a layover hotel and being a "4 star" hotel one would assume the aircon would work. We enjoyed a room temp of 27 degrees and were offered an extra fan. Thankfully we were so tired we got some sleep anyway. Staff were nice and room was decent for price but aircon was horrendous.

Employees all had great service-minded and friendly attitudes. The premises were very clean and comfortable. I would stay again without a doubt.

Service was not as good as I expected. The information desk personnel tried to help me by calling the hotel for a shuttle ride and it took a while to get in touch with someone at the hotel. I waited more than an hour for the shuttle and arrived at the hotel very late. I was already very tired. I picked this particular hotel because my family had a good stay there a few years ago but it looks like their service got bad.

Good hotel, staffs are very kind. It is a little far from Beijing Airport, in the morning, there are free limousine buses from Hotel to airport. But take care in the afternoon within several hours there is no limousine bus service, it is better to check the time with the front in advance.

The room is clean, and the staffs are polite. But it is far from the airport. It took the hotel shuttle 50 minutes to get to the terminal 2 on a weekend

The Hotel is 9.8km away from Airport and it is supposed to take 40mins for the shuttle bus to arrive at airport as per schedule,it is delayed mainly due to the traffic jam. Found trash underneath the bed with food still in containers looks like it was sitting there for awhile because there was mold building on the food, totally disgusting.
