'We loved our very spacious room on the 26th floor! Excellent breakfast with the beautiful view on the 27th floor and very helpful staff!'

'The hotel has good amenities and the front desk staff tried their best. The area around it was pretty rough by the standard of Beijing. The area was noisy and had a ton of drunk people loitering around especially at night. The housekeeping staff was on the aggressive and overzealous side of things. Cleanliness could be better. The shower was semi-clogged and drained poorly. The hotel seems to discount unsold rooms at night and this tend to bring in a loud party goer style crowd after...

'Beijing Hotel Review – 4/5 ⭐ Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel in Beijing. The location was good, the hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The gym was a real positive, with everything you needed for a proper workout. The staff were helpful, but the biggest issue was the language barrier. We didn’t encounter any English-speaking staff, which made communication difficult at times. If a hotel welcomes international guests, I believe staff should...

'They didn’t have the restaurant open, and they only have beers in the store of the hotel, no food The room was clean but I won’t recommend to stay if you are travelling as a tourist'

'Park Hyatt Beijing is up to its expectations, the property, room, gym, staff and breakfast are all incredible. This is a must stay hotel in Beijing!'

'Clean and hightech'

'The overall stay is great but the quality of breakfast buffet needs improvement. More importantly we see black mole on the shower glass window edges including the faucet.'
