Shady at the reception is great and so friendly! He knows his job and he is excellent! The girl Fatima should learn a bit of attention towards guests. When you ask her somethinmg it seems you are hurting her, Not nice.

The property is old and the furniture is old, you cannot use your own hsirdryer in the bathroom and there is no socket next to the mirror in the room.
I chose the option to pay at the hotel and I informed the reciption thst I will pay in cash, but when I was checking out they informed that they alreday deducted the amount from the credit card which made me angry

The good thing is that the room I booked was quite big which was the only pleasing thing, however, I was so disappointed with the condition of the room. Old, broken supplies as well as very dirty sofa. The dirt on the floor is beyond imagination. what is more, the breakfast is terrible. You pay 11$ extra per person.. waisted!

I have been staying at Coral Beirut many times before. This time I was told there was change in Management. I wasn't treated like a known customer. The reception insisted that I pay my entire stay amount when I checked in which never happened to me before! Worse, the wifi didn't work well! Only after repeated complaints, it was sorted on day 3 of my stay! The breakfast continues to be poor with no variation in the spread.

The property's location is a big plus point. The front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. the rooms are clean and quiet.
The breakfast could be improved as it was the same spread every day during my stay. There is no concierge service to help both during check in and check out!

Hotel sympa et bien placé, on apprecie le service parking quoi que un peu cher. Le personnel est pro. Par contre la propreté de la chambre n'etait pas au rdv. Moquette et rideau tachés, porte du frigo sale, lavabo douteux.. Dommage

Positief: Personeel en service
The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's fine as a base to see Beirut. However, I really don't think it warrants 4*. The breakfast was a bit of a rip off (but then hotel breakfasts usually are).

Dirty room , too much cigarette smells in the non smoking rooms, covered with bubble smoke Odor air freshener, rude front desk and old furniture, not with the money.
