Degelijk zakenhotel
Dit was mijn tweede verblijf in dit hotel, het is mooi, comfortabel en zeer goed gelegen. De nabijheid van het parlement houdt natuurlijk wel gewapende militairen in de buurt, stoort me niet maar dat geldt niet voor iedereen.

I definetly come again
I picked four different hotels to stay during my two days Beirut trip and ask to my local friends from Beirut and he suggest me to stay in Le Gray. I have stayed in an executive room and i just loved it. The room was quite big and the bathroom was really clean. The bed is comfortable with so many puffy pillows. The location js very close to the fancy shops so you can easily walk. The staffs were really nice people. The only drawback i can easily say they do not provide free parking for the hotel guests and they provide valet parking instead. However, overall i enjoyed my stay and yes i’d love to stay at Le Gray for my next Beirut trip.

Great Stay!
The hotel was very lovey, probably the best one in Beirut if i have to be honest. Service is attentive which made the stay very enjoyable. The food on the rooftop at Indigo Restaurant was also a special treat! Superb location in downtown short walking distance from high brand shops! 10/10 would recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay here we booked an executive suite so our room was big and spacious. Only problem we had was at check in - staff took our luggage but then it took over an hour for them to take it up to our room despite us calling reception to enquire about it.

Everything about this hotel was superb. The location, the decor, the staff and service. I couldn't rate it more highly. I travel approx 50 days year on business and this hotel is right at the top. Would strongly recommend for business or couple travel. I will be back next year!

Central and one of the best hotels ever!
Le Gray was a 7 star experience! The hotel is centrally located (right in downtown with the souks/shops a 2 minute walk), super clean and trendy and the service was impeccable (probably the best I've ever experienced plus one of the best coffee machines in the room!). The hotel has a lovely rooftop pool and cafe which overlooks Beirut. Would definitely recommend and I'll be staying here again if/when I'm back in Beirut.

Nice modern hotel. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Many guests are really there to party so can get quite noisy. Roof top pool and bar were disappointing. Pool area is much smaller than it looks in the photos and only in the sun in the morning and service almost non-existent.

Great stay and wonderful staff!
First time in Beirut, and the staff here took care of me and made me (and most importantly my wife) feel safe, secure and comfortable. We liked it so much we extended our stay an extra night and they went out of our way to accommodate us and help us change our flights. Shout out to the whole staff from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. They helped us arrange everything from airport transfers to tours. Highly recommend Baalbek (don't miss it!) and the old souk in Sidon. If you are short on time the Byblos/Harissa/Grotto tour is something you can skip -- not nearly as impressive or special, especially be if you've seen other caves before. Go to Lebanon, you will not regret it!
