"The room/bathroom was clean and fine. The basic amenities were available. The location is great in the airport after the security check zones. Ideal for a good night sleep when you have a long stop over, in our case 13 hours. The airpoirt indications where the hotel is located are great when you come from one side but from the other side it is not ver clear. The expedia indication take the elvator next to swarovski shop is outdated. The shop is gone.
The expedia indication that "The receptiemedewerker staat bj aankomst op je te wachten is gewoon onzin". Zit niemand op te wachten maar is gewoon niet waar.
Nobody in the hotel asks for your boarding card.
The option to pay cash at arrival was available. It only about USD 100 more expensive than by card. The staff did no know why when I asked.
Dinner option at the Sao Paulo airport are limited to fast food and fast food plus. After 20:30 it us really poor.
