'Erg fijn en ruim opgezet complex. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam en snel. We waren er een week, tijdens een hittegolf deze zomer, en de kamers en het hotel waren koel, heel goed. Het zwembad, met zijn bar, is heerlijk, de cocktails ook! Het ligt wat buiten Lissabon maar met een taxi a 5 euro ben je bij Algez vanwaar trein of tram 15 je naar het centrum brengt. Shuttle service van het hotel is aan te raden van en naar vliegveld, keurig busje dat netjes op tijd rijdt.'

'It’s always a pleasure to return to the Pestana Palace. There is always a warm welcome and the concierge and reception staff are excellent. It’s the beginning of the season so the waiting and room service staff aren’t 100% on top of things yet, but overall it’s still a lovely hotel. '

'We very much enjoyed our stay in Belèm. I would absolutely stay here again. Its a quick walk to the waterfront to see the fortress and museums.
The apartment isnt very soubd proof so keep that in mind. I utilized the provided fan and had zero trouble sleeping.
My only suggestion for this property is to get a bigger saucepan, and some oven mits for the oven.
There wasn't a big enough pot to make pasta so i used a cassarole dish in the oven but only had a thin towel to take it out.

'The most gorgeous property! The building, lobby and apartment are all very clean, new and beautifully appointed. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We can’t wait to return!'

"Het is een prachtig hotel, heerlijke tuin met een mooi zwembad. De kamers zijn goed en het restaurant was geweldig...
Maar, helaas één grote tegenvaller:
bij het uitchecken de betaling voor restaurant, bar en parkeren voldaan, echter de eerdere pre-authorisations op mijn creditcard (ruim €560,-) werden niet ongedaan gemaakt. Zelfs na meerdere telefoontjes en emails en vele toezeggingen vanuit het hotel heb ik het geld nog steeds niet terug, twee weken later inmiddels.
De Pestana support afdeling legt het bij de receptie neer, en de receptie antwoord nergens op. Slechte service welke ik nog nooit zo h3b meegemaakt in een 5-sterren hotel. Erg jammer!"
