When we arrived we realized we hadn’t been sent any information on how to enter the property. It was downpouring and it took over two hours to figure out how to gain access to the place. We ended up having to walk down to the Starbucks to use their WiFi and get on chat with Expedia. They said the booking didn’t register so they weren’t notified of it despite the fact that we paid. Supposedly we were upgraded but the room we were in looked exactly like what we had booked. The place was fine but they expect you to wash your dishes and take the trash out. I took my trash to the kitchen and threw some dishes in the dishwasher but I don’t work for your company, that’s why I paid to stay there. I didn’t even apply. We don’t watch TV but if you do you should probably know that the TV is smaller than the smallest TV I’ve ever seen. The shower was nice and the water was nice and hot. They do have instant coffee in the rooms with sugar and milk with a kettle.
