'Our room stunk like pet odor or the room had been flooded at one time. It was so bad, we went and purchased room freshener spray to combat the smell. My husband had to fix the toilet to flush properly. Only received room cleaning service once during our 5 day stay and I had to request the service twice. This was not what I expected for a $792.76 stay, especially when one night was $199.20. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.'

'When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

'The staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed more lighting in our room due to it being very dim. As far as the condition of the hotel it was very dated and needed a lot of attention. The carpet in the room had a long unraveled section and there was rust on the shower head. The spaciousness of the hotel was done for conferences about 30 years ago, but is definitely showing its age and needs refurbishing.'
