'The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and thoughtful. The resort is gorgeous. The food was excellent! We did not want to leave, we enjoyed our stay immensely!!'

'Shower leaked, air conditioner on a timer and turns itself off, first checkin text no access code given therefore I had to contact property, dirty coffee cup, left over food from previous guest, half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement. Two nights of accommodation with only one bath towel per stay. No housekeeping during the duration of our stay.'

'We were contacted around the time of check-in and advised we were upgraded from a small queen room to a lovely cottage. The air-conditioning was left on for us and we were surprised with a beautiful complimentary dessert wine. '

'Plenty of space, lovely to have the outdoor table for dinner - plenty of deckchairs by the pool. Great outlook onto a vinyard and heaps of roos lazing about. Very close to the Hunter Valley Gardens for the xmas lights. Some good restuarants close by.'

'Dilapidated, filthy, overpriced, safety hazard and should be shut down before someone gets hurt. Wear a HAZMAT suit if you decide to stay in this "bargain accommodation" or drive to another suburb for better options. Unacceptable that this place continues to trade - since I was too busy to check referrals, I regretted every second of my choice to stay here. I apologised to my wife for this mistake - I don't often do that......'
