'Zeer goede ontvangst door dame. Huisje maakt een beetje verwaarloosde indruk. Heel dicht bij autostrade die toch wel veel lawaai maakt. Dit wisten wij niet op voorhand. Heel veel materiaal, kookgerei, dit was prima.'

'We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful.'

'We had a great time staying at Casa Montana. The property was perfect for our family and exploring the local area. Marta and Carl were incredibly helpful with local info and booking restaurants. I would recommend Casa Montana to anyone!'

'Het appartement ligt echt op een top locatie. Dichtbij zee en de boulevard en er zijn talloze restaurantjes op loopafstand. Het appartement zelf is ruim, wel wat verouderd maar prima. De ventilatoren waren wel echt nodig. Heel fijn dat die er waren. Het enige nadeel is de Tiki bar aan de overkant. Je hebt behoorlijk wat overlast van die bezoekers. Maar de locatie van het appartement maakte dat veel goed. '

'Apartamento muy antiguo y dejado. Los baños con la escobilla marron de usada, sujeto los plomos de las luces con un celo. En la cocina, todos los vasos de su madre y de publicidad, escasez de cubertería, no dejaron un estropajo o jabon que tuvimos que comprar junto al deterjente para la ropa. No habia mas que 5 pinzas que tuvimos que comprar. La verdad no repetiríamoscomprar. '

'Het huis bleek toch meer afgelegen te zijn dan dat wij verwacht hadden. Het huis op zich is goed ingericht al heeft het wel een opknapbeurtje nodig in onze ogen. We hebben wel heerlijk gewandeld in de omliggende natuur en vooral erg genoten van het fantastische uitzicht. Dit maakt veel goed.'

'Mooi huis, alleen is het een gedeeld huis en dus geen privé zwembad en geen privé tuin. Ook geen 3 slaapkamers, want 2 kamers zijn met elkaar verbonden en daar zit geen deur tussen. Verder was het huis prima'

'We have visited many locations in recent years. This location was really special. The whole house is very detailed from, the garden, to the house and all other areas are well maintained. The big surprise was the sauna, the room was beautifully created. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful. Very service oriented! . Extremely friendly people. We made Some new friends in Spain!'

'The location was amazing, overlooking the beach. Lots of restaurants around. Few problems with the apartment: 1. One of the shower doors was broken, wasn’t closing properly 2. No instructions on how to use the cooker. We had to buy lighter to be able to use it. 3. The apartment was really hot. They had fan in every room but wasn’t enough. 4. They didn’t accommodate our late check out request. Had to pay for an extra night just to be able to check out late. Apart from the above, we really...
