2.5 stars hotel marketed as 4 stars
There are only two great things about this hotel: First is that it’s situated right on the pedestrian area, very close to the city center. And the second is that they employ very frendly staff. On the other hand, I got an extremelly small superior room with an minuscule bathroom with no place for keeping the toothpaste and deo bag. I had to put it in the room. There is no temperature adjustment system in the room meaning. I put the air conditioning on 30 degrees, let it for two hours with no effect. The pillows are very big and uncorfortable, made out of old fashioned, cheap sponge. The matress is the same with humps allover. Breakfast good, but it is a la carte and starts at 7:00, bringing another 15 minutes delay to your start of the day. No DND sign to put on the door - meaning I was waken up after a full night work when trying to take a nap. If you choose to stay over the weekend and would like to sleep, forget about it! They have some local parties with loud music until 1am. Definitely no 4 stars hotel (maximum 3). Accommodation cost is similar to Radisson.

Know before you book
I think the hotel gets superb rating because it is different from any we have stayed in our 27-day trip of Eastern Europe. It is on a historical ("Bohemian") street that is on tour agendas. What makes it unique may or may not work for all. The superior room we had booked had a small sitting room on one floor, and a sleeping bed on the upper floor with a staircase that is dangerous-to-climb in the night. You are sleeping in an attic in which a full-size bed could scarcely fit. We din't find the room comfortable or attractive. Another room we were shown was tiny, although everything was on a single level. The hotel is in a pedestrian-only street and you have to drag your suitcases from where you get off from a cab. Tour operators don't come there to pick-you up. There is no elevator and you may have to carry the suitcases to the upper floors yourselves. On the positive side: the front desk ladies were helpful. The breakfast was good and the single man who took our orders (no buffet) was very pleasant, efficient, and attentive. Their own restaurant next door serves outstanding food at reasonable prices. The chef is renowned. The central Republic Square is within the walking distance.

Utmerket beliggenhet, fantastisk service!
Sentral beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen, og fantastiske medarbeidere som gjorde alt for at gjestene skulle trives. Lite og hyggelig hotell. Herlig frokost servert i trivelig hage. Vil definitivt bo her ved neste anledning.

The staff in this hotel were excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was very central though I would not hang around the street it is on. This is only because I personally I thought it was too touristy, but is still a great and place to be near. I was unhappy about the late night music which happened just one night, but I should have expected it given its location

Tolle Lage des schönes kleines Hotels. Toll dass man das Frühstück draussen geniessen kann. Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass man bis spät Abends die Musikanten hört.

Schöne Zimmer und guter Service
Schönes klienes Hotel in der Ausgehstraße. Ansprechende saubere Zimmer. Gutes Restaurant im gleichen Haus. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Speziell Marija an der Rezeption verdient Erwähnung für ihren aussergewöhnlichen Einnsatz bei nicht vom Hotel verschuldeten Problemen.

Perfect location, great breakfast, friendly staff
This is a lovely hotel in a great location. It is located in the bohemian quarter on a pedestrianised street. There is a great buzz, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the locality. It is very central and you can walk to everywhere. The hotel is inexpensive. The breakfast was first class. In good weather it is served in a lovely courtyard. There is table service and your choice is freshly cooked. The hotel is small and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant fronting on to the street. The rooms are fine. The beds are comfortable. However, the hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear. The stairs carpet is rather worn. A shelf was missing in the bathroom and a number of fixtures were loose. The television didn't work. It would not take a lot to upgrade the rooms. Overall, a lovely hotel in a great location. Inexpensive, great breakfast and lovely staff. Despite my remarks on the general maintenance, I would have no hesitation in staying here in the future

Har svårt att se att någon kan bli besviken...
Ligger i ett fantastiskt område av Belgrad med livligt uteliv hotellet blir som en lugn oas med sin uteplats i gränden och en vinbar som är fantastisk, men som folk verkade ha svårt att hitta till...frukosten var ingen buffe men utbudet i menyn räcker långt med stora portioner i de 3 val som ingår förutom kaffe och juice.. litet hotell, förhållandevis vilket ger en gemytlig personlig prägel.

Fantastiskt hotell!!
Ett helt fantastiskt hotell! Personalen var väldigt serviceinriktad och hjälpte gärna, fantastiskt god frukost, mysiga rum och överhuvudtaget en väldigt trevlig stämning på hotellet. Det gav en väldigt familjär känsla då personalen kände igen en och till och med kom ihåg hur man ville ha sitt kaffe/te på morgonen till frukosten. Hotellet var lite i framkant och vi hade inget kort vi behövde hålla reda på - för att komma in på rummet slog man en enkel kod och använde sitt fingeravtryck, väldigt skönt att slippe hålla rätt på ett kort som man med jämna mellanrum lyckas avmagnetisera. Området runt hotellet var fint och kändes lugnt trots att det låg en hel del restauranger och barer utmed gatan. Vi spenderade 4 nätter där men hade gärna haft några till!

Super fantastisk hotel med helt fantastisk service, lækker morgenmad og den perfekte beliggenhed. Personalet er venligheden selv, morgenmaden bestilles ud fra et menukort, så det bliver lavet, som du vil have det, beliggenheden er i top midt i charmerende Skadarlija, og du får 10% rabat på restaurant Mali Vrabac og den tilhørende vinbar.

Charming hotel in a good location
Great hotel, very charming and in a good location. Room and bed were comfortable, bathroom was a good size but shower cubicle very small and no shelf space for washbags. Didn’t like the odd machine in the bedroom that spits out a puff of air that smells horrible every hour or so. Staff were all really friendly and helpful especially Marija on Reception.

Totalmente recomendable
Es un hotel boutique, las acomodaciones son buenas, camas, baños, etc. Mención aparte merece el personal que son encantadores y facilitaron mucho nuestra estancia, incluso dejamos una maleta para ir a Sarajevo. Los desayunos enormes! Casi exagerados pero culpablemente ricos. Y en la noche mucha vida, es un lugar de restaurantes.

L’hôtel est bien situé au centre ville, dans une rue très animée jour et nuit avec plein de restaurants a quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Le personnel d'accueil est sympathique, souriant et serviable Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Tiny, cute, romantic hotel in the best location
Romantic Thanksgiving 2017. Pedestrian cobbled street full of restaurants. Center of the old city. Another pedestrian street with shopping in 5 min walk distance. Two-level rooms under the roof, clean and cute. Polite and professional service.

Nettes Hotel im Zentrum
Das Hotel liegt in Skadarlija und bietet damit eine Fülle an Restaurants und Lokalen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zentrum erreicht man von hier aus auch sehr gut zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, nicht luxuriös aber nett und sauber, und für den Preis mehr als angemessen. Besonders überzeugen konnten das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal und das tolle À la Carte-Frühstück.

מלון מקסים נעים מאד. ממוקם ברחוב עתיק. שירות אדיב ונעים. פקידת הקבלה שמחה להציע לנו הצעות לטיול. בקרבת המלון מסעדה נפלאה עם אוכל טעים וקבוצת נגנים וזמרים. ארוחת בוקר עשירה. מלבד הרחוב הייחודי בו ממוקם המלון, הוא נמצא בסביבות רחובות בהם טיילנו ומצאנו עניין רב. המקום ממוקם במדרחוב. לא ניתן להגיע עם רכב. הסתובבנו הרבה עד שמצאנו חנייה. התברר כי ניתן להזמין מקום חנייה בתשלום לרכב. מקום החנייה נמצא בחלקו האחורי של המלון וניתן לעבור ממקום החנייה ישירות למלון. מאד נהנינו משהותנו שם.

Lovely boutique hotel, perfect location
Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Smallish hotel, but very nice and clean. Even though it's right in the heart of the restaurant and bar district, the rooms were quiet and we couldn't hear any noise from the street below.

Trevligt centralt hotell
Svårt att få ett bättre läge på ett hotell i Belgrad. Närhet till restauranger och shopping. Fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kan bara rekommendera hotellet.

Great location near to Trg Republika but far enough away not to be effected. Hotel situated on a street with lots of good restaurants and bars. Rooms are well proofed from the nightlife.

Excellent small hotel, fantastic staff
Arrived late at night, pick- service at the airport worked perfectly well. Due to some strange circumstances I had to extend the stay by two further nights, which again gave no problems. They tend to be full at the weekend but in the week it was no problem. The room was excellent, plenty of space for hanging or placing clothes. Well stocked mini bar.

Euro style hotel with friendly staff
Hotel was recommended by a colleague. I was not disappointed. Property is older Euro style property, with excellent restaurant and close to many restaurants and bars. It is located in a safe area. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Maria on the front desk, who arranged for a car for airport pickup and return. Hotel has an excellent restaurant, and also serves a very good breakfast
Serbian food and Serbian beer both excellent
