'Beautiful resort, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately they appear to be either understaffed or not properly trained as some things take an exceptionally long time. If you can bear with the slow service, then there is nothing else to complain about. '

'Very pleased with this choice of Hotel . New hôtel, large and spacious room, 2min from the beach Pandam. Close to inner city. I visited for the Eclipse and wanted a scooter to roam around . All was booked everywhere, still, staff managed to arrange one for me. Staff extremely helpful. Very good food at the hotel restaurant (but smallish portions) Only drawback: my stay was too short. I loved Belitung ;)'
