'The property was maintained well. The breakfast bar was good, with options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue with the room was the noisey air conditioner. Pool and hot tub was very nice.'

'When I went in to check in they told me that I was already checked in, they checked in someone else under my name and gave them my room. They had to uncheck me in to check me in and I did not get the room that I had reserved. I reserved a king bed and they had to give me 2 double bed room. They did not check ID from the other guest, I showed them my ID'
