'Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.'

'The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable beds! The breakfast was amazing! Full hot buffet breakfast with several food choices. The room had a full kitchen with all dishes and utensils, made traveling with a toddler great. We will definitely be back! '

'There were no gluten-free options for breakfast except oatmeal. When I asked they gave me bagel from the back. The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly.'

'Airport shuttle was convenient. The only complaint I had is that we arrived early and were told to check in at 3:00 pm would cost us an additional $20 and to check in before 3:00 pm would cost an additional $50. We just killed time at the bar/restuarant next door (delicious food). Finally, at 3:00 pm we decided we would go over and just pay the $20. A new person was working and immediately checked us in at no extra cost. I thought this was odd. Usually, if the room is clean a motel will let you...

'I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The floors were visibly dirty upon arrival and through our stay, and housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the visit. Overall cleanliness and attention to detail fell far below what I’ve come to expect, especially compared to other DoubleTree locations we’ve stayed at. Room noise from other guest was annoying. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the usual standards and left a lot to be desired.'
