'Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.'

'The hotel itself was fine. Clean and comfortable beds. However I booked my reservation more than 3 months ago - two rooms. When we checked in they asked for my id and credit card 3 times and then told me our rooms were not together a they couldn’t make changes. We were as far apart as we could have been. Thankfully we were traveling with another couple but had it been my children it would have been unacceptable. The front desk staff were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to...

The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.'
