'Clean room great staff '

'We have stayed here multiple times when visiting the area and have always been satisfied. The building is very solid, quiet, clean, and well maintained. Staff is friendly and competent. Decent breakfast setup and good coffee.'

'The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa.'

'Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.'

'We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests.'

'I had a pleasant stay at the Wekopa. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the room was spacious. The breakfast at the WKP sports bar was fantastic, they offer Starbucks coffee.most of the staff were very friendly. Nice place to stay. Only 20-25 min from the Phoenix airport. '

'This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.'

'Staff very friendly especially when I checked in Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided. Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel. Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi. Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile. Laminate flooring was old Light switch for room is inconveniently located inside the room by the pass through door to next unit (not next to door). Only deadbolt...

'The hotel property was nice, it seemed pretty new. The front desk staff was friendly and the check in/check out process was quick. I was impressed with how clean it was. I highly recommend this Home2Suites in Mesa, Arizona.'

'Not very clean You could see daylight under the door bc it had a huge opening between the floor and door Several spiders crawling on the ceiling Plastic couch had big black marks on it. This place is sketchy and for what it costs, go somewhere else'

'Room was clean. Ac worked. The floors were squeaky and bouncy. The shower door didnt have any seals on it so when we showered it would flood the floor unless we put a towel over the opening and kept the shower door pulled in.'

' I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at. Keep up the great work! I would definitely return.'

'This was the second year in a row we stayed at Adero for our December long weekend. Since the previous year the property has seen some lovely upgrades and improvements. The classes that were offered were excellent for both Pilates and yoga. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking. The location is a get away from the center of the city so having parking shouldn’t be an extra cost. Otherwise would recommend. '
