'The breakfast had moldy fruit, the yogurt machine wasn’t working, and the jam was runny. There wasn’t a single cup in the rooms, or ice bucket. Also, no shower gel. There was also a nail clipping on the floor, which made me question how often rooms are vacuumed.'

'Wij hebben hier een zeer prettige ervaring opgedaan.
Alhoewel dit hotel dicht bij een luchthaven is gelegen heb je hier totaal gaan overlast van.
Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en geven je echt het gevoel dat je op vakantie bent.
Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die dag tripjes willen maken in en rond Tuscon.'

'Loved being close to the airport, as we had an early flight the next day. Checkin was smooth, and they run an airport shuttle every 10 mins starting at 4 am. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, and the grounds are nice. The pool could have been cleaner, but was fun and had floaties available. The hallway leading to our room smelled bad -- like toilet water. But our room was very clean and nice. Beds were a little hard. El personal muy amable. La habitación muy limpia. El baño siento que estaba pequeño. Aún así, todo estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario en dispenser (shampoo, acondicionador y jabón para cuerpo)
Las toallas en excelentes condiciones. Las camas confortables aunque me parecieron algo suaves. En lo personal prefiero que sean más firmes. Aún así descansamos muy bien.

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'
