'We stayed at this Motel 6 in Tucson off Craycroft this weekend, and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The room was not clean at all—there was hair on both the sheets and top bedding, stains on the linens, dirty floors, visible mold, and peeling paint. It honestly felt unsanitary. We were too exhausted to drive back home, so we stayed, but ended up sleeping on top of our own blankets curled up just trying to get through the night. We even felt itchy the whole time, which made it even...

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'Problem was getting into room. First room door wouldn't open. Clerk said that was a bad one. If you knew it was bad, then why was I given room. Second room couldn't get the door open. Clerk came with me and said you have to pull the door before pushing it open. Worked after several tries. Same issue getting out of the room. Had to push door before pulling it open. Dangerous in case of emergency.'

'If the pool was heated it would had been perfect, our room carpet had stains, n the beds where not that comfortable, mattress to hard.. other than that it was okay, staff was great '

'We really just needed a place to sleep. The showers were stained and the temperature was difficult to regulate at times. Regardless the room was fairly clean. We had a fridge and microwave. There was an area for our pet to use the bathroom if we needed. Pet deposit was very reasonable. The property really shined with the staff. 'We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The room was very spacious and all the furnishings were modern. The room was clean and had decent amount of amenities for the price. The staff were very dedicated to making the hotel clean. You could always see them mopping the lobby or touching up the breakfast bar. The surrounding area is just hotels and the airport, so nothing much. The lot is on the smaller side but there are two entrances for the building so it was OK. '

'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace. It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell. We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'The rooms are big. Everything wa clean and working. Beds were comfortable and was it was nice and quiet. My husband was displease with various odors from people cooking in their rooms.'
