'We vonden bij aankomst 3 kakkerlakken die we doodden. Er waren geen andere kamers beschikbaar. Voorstel van manager: komen spuiten met insecticiden alsof slapen in die lucht gezond is. Zeker af te raden inn!'

'Nice and modern hotel. Breakfast was good. '

'Excelente servicio, muy cómodo y limpio'

'Very convenient to Tucson International Airport, just outside the entrance. The Staff was incredibly helpful from arranging for a private driver to printing boarding passes. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to anywhere within a three mile limit and then pick you up, so getting to restaurants is easy. The breakfast has a nice variety of food items that change daily. The room was clean and maid service came every other day. WIFI was fast. It would be nice if the hotel had a business...

'Nicely remodeled rooms. Clean. Close to downtown. Would stay again.'

'Nice place with very good value for price. Good bed and very clean large room'

'Dieven, beloofde een terug betaling nadat we weigerde er te slapen wegens downgrade van kamer. Nu tekende ze het toch aan.'

'Nice hotel, nice staff, but housekeeping was poor.'

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'No ice on premises. There is an ice maker in the fridge in your room. Unfortunately ours didn’t work. Their solution was to go to fast food place to get it.'

'The property was what I would hope a hotel would be. Amenities were in place, room was clean and well laid out, and the staff were friendly and helpful.'
