'This is a very nice casino resort. The food and service at restaurants was better than most - even the buffet was delicious! The rooms are a good size, casino very clean. The only thing less than 5 stars were beds were ok but not luxurious, pillows a little hard and it’s about 15 minutes from other restaurants etc in Scottsdale. Golf was wonderful, expensive but worth it. '

'LOVED: bathrobe in room, fridge, water (both still and sparkling) available on all floors!, fabulous workout room, two great pools and grounds were lovely, plush towels, comfy beds, blackout drapes, quiet, private deck, coffee and grab and go-bar near pool, lunch options, great large shower and shower head. Staff is super friendly and helpful TO KNOW: $25 a day to park, no mini splits so air coming on and off can impact some light sleepers (me), food in restaurant (and drinks) very overpriced....

'The check in was confusing, they send a txt msg with a link. I have my phone set to filter unknown senders and didnt get the msg ahead of time. Once there, there is no one in the lobby nor instructions on what to do. I had ask a person walking by. Once I called their customer service they resent the link and I registered, which takes 3min to process. The registration process seems to purposely try to trick the user into clicking on a small non refundable damage charge by having it in big bold...

'This property was undergoing renovations and were told by corporate not to alert potential customers of this inconvenience. The staff put me in a newly renovated room to their delight, however the room looked like a grad schooler did the remodel. 6:30 am the mariachi band started playing, which was lovely. My room was so poorly remodeled that I informed the front desk and showed them pictures of everything wrong. Housekeeping even took my used coffee pods and placed them back upside down, hoping...
