'This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.'

'The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! '

'This was my first time at a Tru by Hilton. On par with other 2 star hotels. My room was certainly not luxurious but was adequate. Breakfast was standard but well maintained. The service by staff did stand out. They are very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating.'

'Entering the room it started off looking pretty good, however opening the fridge it was flooded with water, the freezer was covered in ice and dripping into the fridge. The cupboards were very dusty and had food/crumbs from the last person. The remote had liquid dried on it, it was gross, the housekeeping doesnt clean as much as you would expect only going into rooms once a week. The pool was filled with bugs and when asking the front desk if I can use the skimmer so my kids could swim, I was...

'We really enjoyed staying here. It was very quiet and restful. The check in was a breeze. The room was comfortable and very clean! The breakfast was plentiful. Great air conditioning. We would stay here again.'

'The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable beds! The breakfast was amazing! Full hot buffet breakfast with several food choices. The room had a full kitchen with all dishes and utensils, made traveling with a toddler great. We will definitely be back! '

'The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa.'

' I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at. Keep up the great work! I would definitely return.'

'Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.'

'Good breakfast and comfortable beds and great AC. Shower is an odd shape but good size. However, the tiny curved shelf hardly holds a bar of soap and 1 travel bottle of shampoo. We would still gladly stay here again. '
