'I live in SE AZ and my granddaughters live in northern AZ. The drive one way is 4-5 hours. We decided to me halfway in Casa Grande. We all enjoyed the house and the pool. Very hot in June. The owner was great. Made sure the everything was fine and there weren’t any issues The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Would go back to this house. Maybe not in June though. Thanks to the owner for letting us stay in his cute house. '

'House under repair. Grill unusable at first. . Even after cleaner sent out. They failed to clean out grease trap. My son had to do that. Had to purchase tp and paper towels.kitchen had no minimal supplies for cooking. Kitchen was not prepared for a party of 11'

'The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the...

'So many nice things about this place. We spent a lot of time in the backyard area as the pool is great, neighbors are quiet and the lake adds to the privacy. Kitchen is fully stocked, including linens and paper goods, as mentioned and the outdoor BBQ / Tiki Bar added to kitchen use and being outside. Road in front is pretty quiet and amenities are all real close. Walking path and canal trail is nearby so easy to get out and get some exercise. Lots of linens and bath items. About the only...
