'This cute space was just enough for our two days in Tucson. (Family of 4) It’s 20 minutes away from convention center/ arena. The kitchen and bathroom has all your basic needs. Everything was clean and organized . Communication with the host was efficient . The couch does fold down into a bed but probably for someone on the smaller side . Stairs going up to the loft bed are steep. Our kids slept downstairs and husband and I slept upstairs . '

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked with all the items needed to make a 2-week stay comfortable. Notably, the kitchen had everything needed to actually prepare and serve meals: cookware, utensils, dishes, spices, etc. PLUS two ways to prepare coffee!The bathroom was also thoughtfully complete with all neccessities.Small touches throughout made it feel like home. 'This was a perfect landing spot for us for our visit to the area. The only challenge was parking, though we were able to find close, free parking. You may have to work to find it if you arrive during a busy time. Located slightly off Main St., there are lots of options for food and shopping. Most of the restaurants and shops are closed on Sundays, though. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. 'Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. The property was dirty and smelled of smoke and mildew While initially responsive and apologetic, when they had no other property to move us ,the host instructed me to cancel my reservation and they would refund the trip in its entirety. 'On the surface, overall nice looking unit and apartment complex. However, there were issues not apparent in the online advertising: Small stucco/cement cove balcony looks to busy, loud interstate and the two chairs provided are low so you’re looking at the wall👎. Not user friendly but at least a place to hang wet swimsuits. Bedroom windows also face interstate and not well sealed so allow bugs and noise in👎 But the windows do let in nice daylight 👍. The bathroom has a musty/urine...
