'The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at...

'THEY HAD BED BUGS. I woke up to bugs crawling in bed and no care from staff. My 2 year old daughter got bug bites. The pull out bed had holes and bug shells all over. '

'We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests.'

'Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.'

'Everything was amazing!!! The golf cart shuttle was absolutely great to get around hotel. Good food as well. '

'The hotel property was nice, it seemed pretty new. The front desk staff was friendly and the check in/check out process was quick. I was impressed with how clean it was. I highly recommend this Home2Suites in Mesa, Arizona.'

' I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at. Keep up the great work! I would definitely return.'

'We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. '

'Not very clean You could see daylight under the door bc it had a huge opening between the floor and door Several spiders crawling on the ceiling Plastic couch had big black marks on it. This place is sketchy and for what it costs, go somewhere else'
