It smells like a cabin, and we did not sit on the couch as it appeared to be damaged. 'The property is well kept and located right off 49. We stayed 3 nights to visit U of Ark which was about 30 mins drive. The condo was well supplied with your every day needs of home. Will definitely be back!'
