'Great place'

'Very friendly and helpful front desk. The place was clean throughout, with comfy beds and darkening curtains.'

'Great location'

'Great hotel very friendly and helpful staff clean room we would recommend highly and would stay again!!!'

'Everything was very good except the front desk was not available I tell well after we left. Did not know where to put key card or get a receipt.'

'The bar was fun. Beautiful decor and great location. Room was huge!'

'The location is not great. The hotel next door is run down. We were traveling for business and needed a clean room and bathroom, and this hotel delivered. The staff was incredible and there was easy grab and go breakfast options with some decent options for dining in. We will stay there again for future business trips.'

'The owners are very nice. But they want you to pay for ice. No pool, no hot tub and pay for ice!'

'Cheap but exactly what cheap expectation was. Bug in shower. Not very good quality of anything'

'The toilet did not flush and had mold growing in it. The toilet paper holder was being held in the wall by electrical tape and was still falling out of the wall. Room was filthy. Staff was unfriendly and indifferent to the condition of the room. This was the WORST nights stay in a hotel I had ever encountered. I do not recommend this or the Days Inn in ROGERS AR.'

'Everything was nice! Luxurious The Staff from front desk to cleaning were knowledgeable & helpful....the property is very nice..highly recommend'

'We’ve been fortunate to travel the world and this hotel was terrific. In the heart of Bentonville. A world-class museum within walking distance. Phenomenal restaurants. We will definitely be back to this curated hotel and city.'

'This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend!'

'We had a great stay. Room was clean and just as advertised. Easy check in/out.'

'Close to everything we wanted'
