'The bathroom door did not close, the electric blanket was burnt out at the switch, the heating on 30 only took the chill off the room. The freezer completely frozen. One light in the bathroom was not working and the other making a shorting out sound. When I went to talk about this the office was closed at 10.00am on a Monday. Very disappointed. We have stayed here before and it was fantastic. Obviously new owners.'

'I had a nice and comfortable stay at Sorrento Motel Victoria. The room was spacious and very clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which made it really enjoyable. The reception staff were friendly, and check‑in was quick and straightforward. The free parking right outside the property was very convenient and made the stay hassle‑free. Overall, a pleasant visit with clean rooms, good water pressure, and welcoming staff.'

The accommodation was also very clean and comfortable. When we first arrived, we accidentally went to the wrong place. A man there spoke to us quite rudely and told us we were at the wrong hotel. After finding the correct hotel next door, the lady at reception was incredibly kind and understanding....
