'The property was very neat and the rooms were clean. There was alot lorikeetes in the palm tree which were noisy but this was only at sunset when they were ready to roost and early sunrise when they fly away for the day...Throughout the night and during the day all was quiet. I had to add an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances and phoned after hours for this request. John was very kind obliging.'

'Room was ok in size and clean but the heating was too hot and very uncomfortable and we couldn't adjust to a lower temp so ended up turning it off and had to open the window. It helped with the heat but I have hayfever so have been getting a headache and sneezing it was the worst sleep. Next day I spoke to reception and she just told me heating is centralized and nothing they can do and that we did the right thing by opening the window. They offered a $10 credit for the room not to be cleaned...
