'Mooi hotel en mooie grote kamer. Service ondermaats. Ontbijt is dra.atisch slecht: tafels vuil en niemand om ze te reinigen. Doe het zelf. Ontbijtruimte veel te klein en zeker niet in verhouding tot de grootte van het hotel. Het ontbijt zelf is inspiratieloos door de veel te beperkte keuze. Dit is minder dan continentaal.'

The beds are absolutely terrible and when I mean terrible I mean rock hard. There is trash everywhere outside the building, very unpleasant looking. We were in town for a concert and were only 2 minutes from the venue. The staff was friendly and made us feel more than welcome. The hotel itself, while in a historic building, never felt "old". I would have to go outdoors to go to the next levels of the casino which to be fair.
