'Liebevoll eingerichtetes Gebäude, viel Stil und alles mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer sehr schön, Betten bequem (auch Einzelbett im Dreibettzimmer) Bad sehr modern und hochwertig. Frühstück qualitativ hervorragend ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre schön gewesen. Personal ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ruhige Gegend aber sehr zentral. Was easy to get more towels and other supplies when needed. Lobby and restaurant were gorgeous (although we did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot vouch for the food). We are also in love with the bathroom products - they smell so good and make waking up so nice! '

We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. I did not see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered and inquired with the staff in advance. It was located some 500m from downtown so it was a nice walk without being disruptive and far enough to not hear the noise at night. 'Really nice hotel, it's about 10 min from downtown Kingston with the bus. The staff was super friendly! If you want your room cleaned you have to mention that at the front desk. They don't have to clean every day, but the garbage bins are rather small so maybe just empty them every day. For the rest I had a really nice stay here.'

"Stayed one night. Check in was good, we were escorted to our room which was in the adjacent building. Room was good, clean, good bed. It’s an old building which brings charm and character but also unavoidable noise from other rooms. Not a big problem, we didn’t have any noisy neighbors during our stay. The breakfast was good with most necessary items. And fresh (warm) menu items at a surcharge. Parking was full when we arrived so we had to parallel park in the street which is okay for overnight but we had ro move it before 9am. Luckily a spot in the came open so we could move it to their parking just before breakfast. It’s conveniently located and you can walk to the marina in 15 mins. "
