'The home was clean, warm, and welcoming. Very convenient to the places we wanted to go. Host very graciously cleared the sidewalks, and left shovel & salt on the front porch so we could keep up with the crazy snowfall while in the area! Re-accustomed myself to parallel street parking. Quiet neighborhood.'

'Kitchen cupboards had a sticky substance on the face, the host didnt know what my check in date was. The post does not describe the area with very tight parking and gun shots on the road.The conditions were unacceptable. We actually left a day early due to all of this'

'Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. '
