Negatief: Netheid
This was unfortunately, kind of a bummer of a stay. Layout was okay with the two bedrooms and futon in the living room. The main bathroom was decent, but had some easily resolved issues. The beds were VERY firm, but clean. So, the issues:Upon entering the home, there was an off smell that reminded me of a house that used to have a heavy cigarette user. The back closet smelled of other types of smoked products. The kitchen table and bench looked okay until you sat on them. The bench was wobbly and the table shook with the tiniest of touches. The small bathroom in the middle bedroom was nice, but could use a little TLC. There is no toilet paper holder and could use a fresh coat of paint and a small shelf. There are some random noises coming out of the basement that one of my kiddos had a hard time dealing with. With a sound machine on, most of never noticed. It would be nice to have a rug in the living room. BIG issues: 1) The towels smelled horribly of cigarettes and there were only three towels for five of us. 2) When I messaged the host for more towels, I NEVER received a reply. They only sent me auto messages asking about my stay and saying when I need to leave. I messaged the host twice without a reply. Overall, it was a bummer and with a little TLC, this place would be good for the money.
