'The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer.'

'Property is better than it was listed online. This cute mountain house have lots of space to spread out. 2B/1B upstairs with dinning and living room on the main entrance. Down stairs, I would say that is an entire another house with so much space there, including 1B/1B, it have a very spacious and accommodating living area, laundry and kitchen area, etc. The deck is very large and it offers beautiful views to the mountains. 'Arrived at property… the management let us arrive early. There was a pumpkin spice bread in the freeezer waiting for us delicious! The decor was just as a mountain home should be… beautiful! The fireplace made it all the more cozy to just relax sit back and enjoy looking out the window into the trees & stream. Very clean well stocked with every amenity could ask for. 'The place is new, clean, modern, well-designed and supplied, although we did purchase a sponge to wash the dishes with. The bedrooms have multiple outlets, comfortable beds and convenient cubbies in the closets. The bedrooms are separated by a bathroom which helps to insulate from noise from the other bedroom. The little bunkbeds in the closet are great if you have kids staying with you. While it is not in an area in which I would feel comfortable walking or going for a run after dark, the unit...

We especially enjoyed it as a family with young children, there were many nice touches that made it family friendly including nightlights, a stool in one bathroom for kids to reach the sink, and a playroom with an arcade game downstairs! 'Great stay -- had everything we needed for our week in RMNP. Well supplied, plenty of spices and staple food ingredients, long kitchen table had space for 10+ people! Cabin was turnkey: potbelly stove with plenty of firewood, small fans in the bedrooms for white noise, sleds for the hill behind the house, open kitchen with large pots and pans for large group cooking...and even a boot dryer. Loved it, we'll be back.'
